A company may be established by any domestic or foreign individual or corporation. However, Slovenian market remains strictly a regulated market, with a variety of compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum share capital for D.O.O. euro 7,500 (1/3 must be paid up)
  • One shareholder required
  • The company has to be represented in the register, by at least one person (director or procurator)
