Limited Liability Company ‐ (DOO or DOOEL)

This is the most common form of business entity. A single founder may establish a limited liability company, maximum is 50 founders. Founders must deposit basic capital of 5000 EUR in cash and/or assets. The founders are not liable for the obligations of the limited liability company. The company must have a location based on the ownership title or contract for rental of the estate or business premises. Foreign words can be included in the company’s name, but must be written in the Cyrillic script for the submission in the Trade Registry.
