Individual merchant (IK)

A natural person doing economic activities as a private person is called. Individual Merchant (IM). IM is registered in Commercial register as Merchant. Application for IM have the name, surname, personal ID number, address of the place of residence of the respective person, details of the individual merchant, its registered address and information on types of business activities pursued. Individual Merchant is fully responsible with whole property for liabilities in business. Debts must be indemnified also with property which is not utilized in business. IM using firm can make deals in business and be prosecutor and respondent in a court.
